Provident Entertainment proudly celebrates a powerful night of recognition at the 56th Annual GMA Dove Awards, with its artists, songwriters, and partners taking home 12 wins across 39 categories. The event showcased the depth and diversity of Provident’s entities, including RCA Inspiration, Reunion Records, Essential Records, Essential Worship, Provident Distribution, and Essential Music Publishing.
Among the night’s biggest winners was Brandon Lake with five Dove Award wins. He earned Song of the Year and Bluegrass/Country/Roots Recorded Song of the Year for “Hard Fought Hallelujah”with Jelly Roll, as well as Songwriter of the Year (Artist). “Hard Fought Hallelujah” also received Short Form Music Video of the Year (Performance). He also won with Elevation Worship for Worship Recorded Song of the Year for “I Know A Name,” underscoring Lake’s impact as one of the industry’s most dynamic voices this year.

Leanna Crawford was named New Artist of the Year, marking a significant milestone in her career. Leanna Crawford delivered a heartfelt debut Dove Awards performance of her hit song “Still Waters (Psalm 23).” Carrie Underwood joined Ben Fuller for a powerful collaboration on “If It Was Up to Me.” Elevation Worship and Elevation Rhythm led the audience in passionate worship moments, and the show concluded with a stunning finale featuring Brandon Lake, Jelly Roll, and Jon Batiste, bringing the crowd to its feet with a powerful version of “Hard Fought Hallelujah.”
The 56th Annual GMA Dove Awards took place on October 7, 2025, at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, marking the first time in two decades that the ceremony has returned to this iconic venue.
