Wichita, KS — Emerging Christian pop artist Exline will release her new single “Double Vision” on all streaming platforms Friday, April 24. Blending ambient textures, driving rhythms, and emotionally charged vocals, the track delivers a cinematic, atmospheric take on Christian pop with an unmistakable indie edge.
Moody yet melodic, “Double Vision” pairs a memorable hook with subtle ‘80s-inspired elements, creating a soundscape that is both immersive and accessible. The result is a reflective listening experience that explores the tension between clarity and confusion, faith and distraction.
“Double Vision” was born out of a season of suffering and recovery. Following eye surgery, Exline experienced literal double vision as her eyes struggled to work together. In that moment, a deeper spiritual parallel emerged—the difficulty of living with one eye fixed on God’s Kingdom and the other on the world.
“In Mark 8:22–26, Jesus heals a blind man, but it happens in stages,” says Exline. “To see clearly, he needed a second touch. I think a lot of us are there—we love Jesus, but we’re still not seeing fully.”
The song invites listeners into that tension, ultimately pointing toward a clearer, more focused faith—one that leads to peace.
Recorded and produced in her home studio in Kansas, “Double Vision” showcases Exline’s hands-on creative approach, with mixing and mastering by sound engineer Gabe Wolf in Los Angeles.
“So many of us who love Jesus still need that second touch—to really see clearly, with both eyes on Him,” Exline adds.
“Double Vision” will be available on Spotify, Apple Music, and all major streaming platforms.
