Today’s Daily Bible Verse and Devotion is Matthew 11:28 No matter how messed up and crazy life gets we can turn to Jesus and find His rest. Today you can stop trying to do life on your own. Decide today to come to Jesus and you will find rest. This is not only for the unsaved person but also for those who have known the Lord but have gotten stuck doing things in their own strength. Jesus offers a rest that supersedes anything the world has to offer. Jesus’ rest is filled with His love and peace. His rest gives encouragement and guidance. Today stop trying to do things your own way and come to Jesus. Let go of your burdens by giving them to Him. Pray, “Jesus, I come to You. I trust You with my life.” I know You are able to handle these situations, so I give them to You.”
