Rising singer-songwriter Anne Elise continues building early momentum with her second single, “In-Between,” now available through NCS Records in partnership with NRT Music. Produced by Ryan Wilson, “In-Between” features acoustic guitar and banjo from Devin Malone, longtime guitarist for country music superstars Rascal Flatts. The instrumentation brings an organic, folksy energy to the track and complements Anne Elise’s expressive vocals and natural storytelling style. Anne Elise co-wrote the song with Darthy McCormick, Bryson Breakey, and Gabriella Stone.
Inspired by the realization that life doesn’t always need to be rushed or overcomplicated, “In-Between” explores the importance of being present through seasons of uncertainty, transition, and waiting. Its relatable lyrics acknowledge the pressure to keep moving forward while celebrating the unexpected beauty of slowing down.

Currently studying at Belmont University in Nashville, the young artist continues to develop her voice as both a songwriter and performer, crafting music that connects personal experiences with messages of hope and encouragement.
Anne Elise first gained recognition as a member of Decatur, Alabama’s acclaimed Ezra Worship Initiative, where she developed her passion for music and ministry. Her growing artistry caught the attention of John Chisum, founder and president of Nashville Christian Songwriters, leading to an exclusive recording agreement with the organization’s label imprint, NCS Records.
