NASHVILLE, Tenn. / MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (OCTOBER 31, 2025)River Valley Worship announces the release of their brand-new album, First Light / Last Word, available today on all digital platforms. The project captures the beauty of God’s divine rhythm from sunrise to sunset through a collection of songs that journey from morning praise to evening reflection.

The album opens with the reverent “Morning Psalm (feat. Ben Cruse)” and concludes with the tender “Evening Psalm (feat. Bella Stebbins)”, embodying the sacred cycle of day and night. Alongside Cruse and Stebbins, the project features worship leaders Ryan Williams and Mollie Galvez from River Valley Worship, highlighting the collective’s deep well of local church voices.

“It was God Himself who made day and night,” River Valley Worship shares. “He set before His creation a rhythm to live by, rising with the sun, moving and working under its glow, and coming to rest as evening turns to night. It’s this rhythm we’ve been invited to step into, to participate in, and to ultimately behold and worship our Creator.”

Within this sacred rhythm, the songs of First Light / Last Word capture the full arc of the believer’s day from the first light of hope and renewal to the quiet trust of evening rest. Each lyric and melody serves as a reminder that even when the day brings trouble or weariness, God’s faithfulness remains, ready to meet His people again with every dawn.

The album’s closing track, “Evening Psalm,” flows from a heart of gratitude acknowledging God as the source of life, our faithful friend, and provider through every passing hour.
