Phil Wickham Celebrates 20 Years Since His Debut Album

Phil Wickham just celebrated 20 years since the release of his very first album. His self-titled debut project came out back in 2006 and introduced fans to songs like “Grace,” “True Love,” and “Divine Romance,” which became early favorites among worship music listeners and church worship teams.

Since then, Phil has gone on to become one of the biggest names in worship music with songs like “This Is Amazing Grace,” “Living Hope,” “Battle Belongs,” and “House of the Lord.” He’s also picked up multiple Dove Awards and Grammy nominations along the way.

He’s currently out on his Song of the Saints spring tour, and during one recent stop, he celebrated the milestone by revisiting one of the songs from that very first album.
