Rapzilla.com, the premier destination for Christian hip-hop news and culture, has officially announced the launch of its new platform, Bless the Mic. While
building on the website’s foundations, Bless the Mic is established to showcase and celebrate Christian artists across all musical genres with elevated visuals.
To kick off the launch, Bless the Mic will debut a brand-new performance format in the vein of mainstream cultural staples such as On the Radar Radio, The Front Porch, The Debut, and other music discovery platforms. This widely popular format has captured millions of viewers across the music industry and social media landscape. Now, it will be brought to the Christian music space and beyond.
Bless the Mic will officially launched with an exclusive performance from hip-hop artist Parris Chariz, highlighting his new album The World is Watching. While the platform begins with a heavy focus on hip-hop talent, it is ultimately built to serve as a universal hub for artists across gospel, pop, rock, Afrobeat, and more.
Episodes with Sho Baraka, Vic Lucas, Lady Audri, 350, Dante’ Pride, and some surprise Reach Records artists are on the way.
“We recognized a void in the Christian music landscape for this specific format,” said Rapzilla owner Chad Horton. “Bless the Mic is a completely new brand intended to give Christian artists from every sonic background a premier, modern stage to amplify their voices and connect with audiences.”
